Since 1965, Reich Tool & Design (RTD) has proudly served as a trusted leader in precision machining, tooling and die design, and contract manufacturing solutions. As we celebrate 60 years in business, we honor our rich legacy as a multi-generation, family-owned company built on strong conservative Christian values, technical expertise, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, RTD operates from two modern facilities encompassing 72,000 square feet of advanced manufacturing space. Our state-of-the-art buildings include CNC Machining (3, 4, & 5-Axis), CNC Turning, Swiss Turning, Wire EDM, Waterjet Cutting, Laser Welding, Laser Marking, and Fabrication. We also offer full in-house design and engineering services, as well as a Class 10,000 cleanroom to supplement our machining capabilities.

RTD is proud to hold ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certifications through NQA and is ITAR registered, ensuring full compliance with rigorous industry standards.

Our advanced CNC machining capabilities deliver highly precise milled and turned components built to meet the most demanding specifications. Supported by a skilled team and a wide range of state-of-the-art equipment, we produce complex parts with the accuracy, consistency, and speed today’s industries require. Our CNC solutions support critical applications across aerospace, defense, nuclear, D.O.E., and medical markets.
