Since 1965, Reich Tool & Design (RTD) has proudly served as a trusted leader in precision machining, tooling and die design, and contract manufacturing solutions. As we celebrate 60 years in business, we honor our rich legacy as a multi-generation, family-owned company built on strong conservative Christian values, technical expertise, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, RTD operates from two modern facilities encompassing 72,000 square feet of advanced manufacturing space. Our state-of-the-art buildings include CNC Machining (3, 4, & 5-Axis), CNC Turning, Swiss Turning, Wire EDM, Waterjet Cutting, Laser Welding, Laser Marking, and Fabrication. We also offer full in-house design and engineering services, as well as a Class 10,000 cleanroom to supplement our machining capabilities.

RTD is proud to hold ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certifications through NQA and is ITAR registered, ensuring full compliance with rigorous industry standards.

For six decades, our team of highly skilled tool and die makers, engineers, and CNC specialists has produced complex progressive, transfer, compound, and form tooling solutions that power production lines across the appliance, lighting, and automation industries. 

In addition to our Tool and Die department, RTD provides highly precise, quality CNC milled and turned components. Backed by our talented CNC specialists, we can meet our customers’ most exacting specifications. Many of these components are utilized in the aerospace, defense, nuclear, and medical industries.

As a full-service manufacturing partner, RTD continues to expand our capabilities to serve the evolving needs of our customers. Within our Class 10,000 cleanroom, we perform complex precision assemblies, supported by an ultrasonic wash system with in-line citric passivation, offering turnkey solutions for industries where precision and cleanliness are critical.
